I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum purchased used 197000 kms on it I've had it for 3 months was starting perfectly fine up until this morning I started it to go to work it turned on for about 5 seconds and turned off wouldn't start again the radio still works when you have the key in the on position we tried to jump start it but nothing I dont think it's the battery because the lights will turn on inside and outside of the car and the radio works I checked all the fuses in the front of the car and they are in good shape I switched the horn fuse with the starter fuse still nothing when you try to turn it over you can only hear a clicking sound coming from the fuse box in the front of the car if you are in the car you can't hear anything

What color is your ignition key? If it's grey, do you have another one you can try?

This doesn't apply to LX cars, they're ALL SKIM keys (not like early 3rd gen Rams). Is the starter clicking at all?

 

The starter isn't clicking I can hear something in the fuse box clicking just not the starter
