Default Egr!

So I'm having problems with rough idle on my 08 magnum. I'm cleaning my tubing connect to the egr and notice the hole connecting to the egr is blocked? Is this suppose to be like that?

Blocked or normal?

No it is not. There should be a hole there. Has the cylinder head been replace? Is the motor a 4.7 or 3.5? because on the hemi the EGR would be on the front of the cylinder head.

Well I had a mechanic rebuild the motor cause 3 cylinders were blown. It's a 2.7

They may have put the wrong cylinder head on the engine. You should have a hole there for the EGR.
