New RT owner here!
Hello! Bill from Phoenix here! I bought my Inferno Red RT about two weeks ago. I'm a Ford guy at heart (I used to own a Mustang performance shop in the SF Bay Area), but after test driving the RT, I knew I had to have it! And my wife loved it, too. Man, those Hemi marketing guys are geniuses, aren't they?!?
I'm really impressed with the car, and Daimler's influence really shines through in the materials, fit and finish, and overall build quality. I can honestly say there isn't anything that I dislike about the car, other than it WAS too quiet. I just had the suitcase muffler removed and replaced with two Magnaflows, had the resonators replaced, and added 3.5" tips. NOW it sounds like a real Hemi! Next step is the air intake, but I haven't decided which one to get. That's about all I'll do it. (As my signature says, I have a Mustang race car in the garage, and that satisfies my speed craving when it gets too bad.)

Nice RT... Heres my RT... Got her 7/31, replaced a 95 Impala SS for her... well worth it! I intend to open up the intake and the exhaust, sometime soon, but the only mod I've done so far, is to tint the front windows to 20%.

Hi Folks! I'm new to this site having bought an RT about 2 weeks ago. it's a fully loaded and magnesium in color. I think the only factory option it's missing is the cold weather package which is a block heater. The nav system is 1st. rate as is the Serius Radio, (which comes with a 1 year subscription). I'n not a lover of sunroofs, nor the roof rack, but I suppose a wagon is not complete without the rack.
I think I own the 2 coolest cars on the planet - -a 2002 T-Bird and this Magnum. Both are distinctive in their looks and both hit their intended mark right on the nose. I've enjoyed every mile -- 42,000, I've put on the 'Bird' and thus far am enjoying the Dodge as much. I only hope it give me the totally troublefree service the T-Bird has.
The Magnum is awsome -- the torque and the raw power take me back to the days of my '65 GTO with was nothing but raw power. The new car has this and finesse, something the early muscle cars sorely lacked. As the mileage goes up, the car gets faster. The other day I was cruising at about 30 mph behind a slow driver and went to pass. When I hit the accelerator about 3/4 throttle, the front end virtually lifted up, the car seemed to hunker down and simply take-off. I can hardly wait for it to have 1500-2000 miles on it so I can see what it's really got. See you on the road!

Yeah, I'm probably going to tint the windows, but it's more to keep the heat out than for looks. I live in Phoenix, and it's supposed to be a cool 99 degrees here today. [:@] Doh!
Along those same lines, I just got a Magnum-specific windshield heat shield from Canvasworks (www.canvasworks.com). My local dealer, Performance Dodge, actually carries them for only $23, about $7 less than the website, so that was cool. I have a Canvasworks shield for my Explorer, and it works so well, I waited until they came out with one for the Magnum.

Hi,
"Man, those Hemi marketing guys are geniuses, aren't they?!?" THAT's why they make the BIG BUCKS...
I got my Inferno Red RT May 15th @ Lou Grubb Dodge, Bell Rd. & I-17 in Phoenix. They told me it was first RT in the state.
With a little over 4000 miles I averaged 22 MPG on a trip from Phx. to San Diego and back @ 80-85 MPH.
What did the Magnaflows go for and where did you get the install done?
