Or should the title of this thread be "Have more $$ than sense and want to go fast?" I'd love to hit the 500hp mark but 18K is a little steep for me. I'm sure if these folks can do it someone will offer something cheaper in the future.

Please.... a good set of headers with exhaust and a CAI will get you 400 HP at the crank. Such a rip off. It looks like they want you to pay their R&D costs.

[sm=dontgetit.gif] For $18,000 you could replace the entire drive train with almost anything. Come on how much would the Viper train cost installed, if it fit. Maybe ther would accept a members RT as a proof of concept experiment.

 

that 18k doesnt say anything about the tranny work you'd need to hold the 500HP.

2 year warranty? sure! it'll take you that long to pay us off before you can buy a tranny to hold what we give ya LOL

turbo are cool but not 18 grand cool.

 

I'm willing to bet the transmission will handle 500 crank HP just fine. It's torque that kills a transmission. A turbo will not have enough low end power (until you get really sick) to kill it. And btw, I saw no mention of a transmission upgrade on their site.
