If you go there and click on 95-99 neons. Goto engine and transmission. If you look near the bottom (or hit ctrl+f and type in cam) you'll eventually come to crane cams. Click the info, the top numbers are for SOHC, bottom for DOHC. The #12's are the second one on the list, the one listed for nitrous use, can be used either way. Everyone I know swears by the 12's.

 

Crane cams #10, 12, and 14.

 

#10 camshaft id slightly better then stock and will make a differenc but not a lot. Crane #12 is the best one for the average neon tuner gives great power and you don't lose much low end at all plus you start to get a bit of a cool idle . Crane #14 works great with NO2 and high compression full NA build, needless to say not really recommend for the street but damn does the idle sound cool.

 

yeah i'm going with the 14, only cause I have a 50/50 that i'm gonna go turbo. I figure that if I don't I only need low end in one gear 1st, and most of my driving is above 15mph.
