Default Brake dust?

Is it me or does the neon seem to have a over flowage of front brake dust that you have to clean all the time? I find myself cleaning with a toothbrush whenever to wash my car. I suppose there is nothing to do about it, huh?

Don't brake at the last minute, ease into it... That's the only way I know of to reduce the dust without getting minimal dust brake pads and so forth...

Next time you need brakes, perhaps consider those minimal brake dust type pads. Do you have stock mopar pads on there now?

Be careful breathing it in too. Most times there is asbestos in it.

To deal with what you have just take it easy on the brakes like Amanda said. Next time you replace your brake pads consider going with ceramic pads. I have them on my altima and on my s-10 blazer, Hell we even run them on my friend dirt track car just because they work perfect for it. I won't run anything but them anymore. Very little brake dust (to the point were even after 3600 miles I couldn't tell where I had wiped my finger across the rim) and no brake fade what so ever (even after a full day of whailing on them, trying to get fade). The only thing that I have noticed about them that some people might not like is the fact when you first touch the brake pedal they don't have the agressive bite of metallics right away, but they seem to stop just as good if not better.

It isn't just Neons, all my vehicles have always put break dust on the rims that have disk breaks..
