Now just to start off I am not knocking them, maybe its just me. I have ordered a few things from them and it just seem that everything I order I have to wait like a month or 2 to get to my door. I order a kirk racing header for my car and have been waiting about 5 weeks for it. When I ordered it they told me it was in stock and would be shipped out in a day or 2. I have called them a few times and they keep telling me that they will be in in a few days and will be shipped out. has anyone else had this problem?

I ordered a 60mm throttle body and I got it very quick. I was surprised how quick it was. They were way more professional than howell automotive. I received my part in 3 days like they said. I recieved my part on a Saturday. I have ordered many products from howell and never received my product on a saturday.

I have not had a single problem with them. I've gotten everything i've ordered from them in less than a week. Only thing I wish they would do is have a way to order online instead of having to call in your order.

I've ordered several items from them and only had one order that was held up due to it not being in stock. They didn't mention that when I was on the phone with them and didn't tell me about it until I called to ask the status of my order. Normally, they ship pretty fast.

Yeah, that would make it alot easier, but look at it in a positive way, You definately find out if they have the part or not, and if you order something wrong they will let you know right away.

They do have a lot of products for the neon. I called today and told them that I was gonna cancel the order and get it somewhere else if they did not get it to me soon, they called back and said they still don't have it in, but they were gonna take another kit apart and get the hardware they needed for mine. So i'll see what hapens, it has been 5 weeks now.
