If all you did was put on the turbo, I would go back over every area that you touched and look real close for anything that you could have pulled, burnt, or anything like that. I have a feeling you burnt something with the heat comming off the turbo. For it to run good for 2 days then just stop, something got too hot and broke. It should not be a fuse, the initial problem at least.

 

What size turbo are you running?

If its too small then heat is a major problem.
