im celling my sub and amp for 350 $ to this kid. I wana order the pcm from howell right? does anyone have this done to there car? And is it easy to install? thanks

 

What engine do you have? What year car?

And yes, I have an AF/X Race PCM. But I've got a 1999 SOHC ATX.

I had to take out my battery to install it. It's not too terribly hard to install but you do need to remove the battery if it's a first gen.

 

mine is an 02 the computer in my car is all the way in the front of the car between the battery and the radiator. Is it hard to hook up? i have a 2002 sohc 2.0

whats the diffrence between a 2.0 and a 2.0 magnum? is the magnum a dohc ? j/w

 

should not be too hard to install if I remember correctly the 2nd, you have to take the battery out and there is a band holding the pcm, then its just two plugs and put it back together.

If your computer is in the same place as the one in my SRT-4, and it sounds like it is being bnetween the battery and ther radiator, it will require the air box assembly to be removed as well.

 

i took that all out already. i got an intake in there though.
