right..with a manual...so youre saying because yours ran a 15.8 soemthing...his should too? not only can he not control his launch rpm for a hard launch, he has to deal with the sloppy shifts of the auto, plus the added weight of the auto, PLUS the drag on the engine of having to turn the tranny fluid...im calling, if HES LUCKY...high 16s...

yeah..the auto is gonna kill him..hell, my RT stock with the stupid auto ran 17 flat..with the stick high 15s stock...im now only running 16.1s..to give you an idea of how much it hurts..

 

with it being an automatic, and with so little mods done.. put the gap back to .035

 

Thanks for the info, everyone. Even if there were some flames thrown in there to add to my ignorance It was just a guess and I was unsure. Now I need to get it to a track...

Also, any idea about how many horses I'm looking at without the A/C and with the glasspack exhaust (if that's giving me anything) and the 3.0 intake?

 

I don't think anyone was really trying to flame. Just high 15s with what you have is a goal you won't reach. Anyways....good luck when you go. Hopefully you'll get some good times. You won't get much from that stuff. 10-15hp maybe?
