1995-1999 2.0L & 2.4L cylinder heads are interchangeable. Bolts right up. As the heads have different manifolds, you will need everything.

DOHC valve cover & gasket set
DOHC Intake manifold & gasket set
DOHC throttle body sensors
DOHC cylinder head
DOHC 2.0L camshafts (they are different from the 2.4L and "better")
DOHC valve train (recommend upgrade to a pt cruiser valve train)
DOHC exhaust manifold (stock unti is often cracked - consider after market header)
DOHC timing belt
DOHC tensioner (might as well get a new one while it's down)
DOHC timing cover ( I do not like them, but they are different from the sohc - your call)
DOHC pcm
DOHC engine bay harness ( or you can just extend the wiring for the coolant temp sensor)
DOHC passenger side engine mount bracket
New head bolts
DOHC camshaft sensor
