Ok, I have a 98 neon 4 door DOHC. It has a rigged up intake right now and the intke tube is always kinked. I want to get an intake that goes into the stock location again because i have a ram air hood and it only cools the header right now. I want to put an intake where the stock filter goes so the cool air from the hood goes across it. Should I use a stock system(does anyone have one to get rid of?) or should i buy an intake( if so, Which one?) Thanks for any info.

 

youd still see better gains with a true cai such as the iceman intake or the 3.0 intake where it places the filter below the battery.

 

My battery is in the trunk, the tray is long gone. The intake goes where the battery was but the tube is kinked. I dont like it. But i'll probably use your advice.
