hey guys i need some advice, im getting rims for my 03 sxt, and i dunno if i should get 18s or 19s, im getting it lowered too, but dont know if i should get it lowered before i get my rims or after or during? HELP PLEASE!!

 

They both sound too big for a Neon, so 18's...

I agree.

 

You won't be able to get 19's on the Neon. Biggest you could go, is like me, 18's on 35 profile tires.

 

and i wouldnt wanna go 19's if i were you anyways, tires are more expensive for 19" rims than 20" rims....

 

Hi all,
Here in France Neon's are sold with ridiculous 15" stock rims...
I'm also wondering why not fitting with 18's.
Is ET35-38 or 40 ok on Neon 2000 non-srt?

They are sold here in the US with the ridiculous stock 15" rims too.

Biggest set of rims you can go is 18x7 with 35 profile tires. (18x7.5 with small spacers)

I would go with 17's, I wish I had not gotten my 18's.

 

Go 18's and wait till you get them to lower it. You have to know how much space you actually have to work with, which can vary depending on what wheel and tire package you go with!

 

I'm telling you, 18's, your only choice is 35 profile tires. You will feel every bump hard. Your rims will get bends easy. It's very easy to scratch the rims on curbs. You might needs spacers. Acceleration will be a tad bit slower. But top end will be faster.

 

I have 16's.... I want to go 17 but no larger.
