Common Dodge Neon Repairs and Problems

Do you have a CEL {check engine light} on, If so you need to either to get out your code reader and post them or use the key dance to get them or go to an auto parts store and see if they will read them for you.
Once you have codes read you can look them up on your code reader {if it has onboard definitions}, or in the little book that comes with code readers, the web, or post them here. This forum isn't exactly the 'hottest' forum on the web to get answers at but if I see a new posting I will try. Some folks really don't think I know anything anyway.
Telling what vehicle you have what year it is and how many miles you have on it and where you live, would be a decent idea too.
There really isn't much you can do with the computers in your car unless you have the right equipment and training {or at least an understanding of what your doing.}
Simply swapping a computer from a junker might do the trick for you but, probably won't work. You would probably have to take it to a dealer to have it flashed to get it to work again once its in your car, but you might get lucky.
I see automotive computers for sale on eBay all the time that claim plug and play.
