Check your TPS and IAC. You may need to clean both. While you are at it, clean the whole throttle body.

Also look for vacuum leaks.

Cars all good now no sel lights or anything got some noise from my tranny though looking for a new one or a good used one if you know any. got the o2 pigtail wired in with heat shrink connectors lights been off ever since. what I meant earlier is when I'm driving ill put it in neutral and coast to a stop and my rpms are anywhere from 1000 to 1400 until I completely stop and then it goes back down to the normal 850-950 range.

This is somewhat normal. The vehicle speed sensor is what causes the idle to stay up while the car is moving. Its an auto trans? You should never coast around in an auto trans while its in neutral, some (but not all) trannys can get burned up by doing that. I would clean out the TB area and check over the sensors that bg1995 mentioned. Wouldn't hurt to watch the sensors on a data logger to make sure they are working properly. Check the kickdown cable on the trans and TB to make sure its moving freely with no resistance each way,

Symptoms you describe are usually related to the TB sensors, speedo sensor, or vacuum leak. When I say vacuum leak I am not referring to just lines. The manifold gaskets, injector O rings, TB gasket, and so on need to be checked. I use a vacuum smoke tester.

Your best bet is to find a local junkyard to help you there. A lot of them now have links they use to help them find parts that may be in other locations to make it easier.
