Does anyone know what the max rear collision speed is for the 2000 dodge neon
I was hit the other day and she was under 5 mph and she was on the brakes no insurance tho i let her go (yes i know that was dumb)
she was in a pt curser it wasn't fast enoph to whiplash my neck it just put me aginst the seat but anyway please let me know!

to what end were you going to use the information you obtained from this thread? Were you hoping to get away with not repairing the bumper? Was there quite a bit of damage to the bumper? Any other parts damaged in the accident?
Regardless of how much apparent damage done in an accident, I would always take information. A friend of mine was rear ended by someone and his 4 disc changer was messed up, but didn't find out about it until almost a week after the accident. Luckily he was still able to make a claim on those damages, because the case remained open for 2 years after the accident.
