Many states have a website from their state troopers or state police that list major MV laws. In some states it comes under the Attorney General's Office... I'd do a search under the "google" search engine and type in "Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Laws, or Pennsylvania automobile neon lighting laws"....you get my drift....good luck....[sm=smiley20.gif]

Ya, you know, when my wife and I bought a DVD setup for the new suburban we read a little warning about that in the Eddi Bower packaging. I certainly understand why, and we've never put a monitor up front (it's to keep the kids occupied while going to grandma's) I had to wonder: What does that mean with all those aftermarket head units that have a pull out/flip up monitor. There can't be that many states that have outlawed it or you'd think the radio manufacturers wouldn't bother making them for sale.
Any thoughts? Just curious how many states outlaw it and how many of those type of head units they sell.

from what i've been hearing at least around here underbody neon's and led's are fine as long as your not running them while driving. The only neon/led problem's around here come from running flashing red or blue valve stem light's. But the law's change from state to state
