my question for you neon guys is if you want Horse power, why not make a custom turbo setup... cheaper than the kits, and its not really all that hard...

My kit complete will come out to $2500, but thats including a new clutch, and catback, which arent really needed, but better to have...so basically its the "How cheap could you possibly turbo a neon for" contest...

 

Because it's easier and doesn't take as long to gather up all that you need. If you have the time and patience, then by all means its a great idea though.
