Yes, we are still talking about the manifold.

And you wanted pics so here they are.

This is an unfinished manifold that I had started to fabricate for someone but was never paid for it so as you can see it was never finished. This one happens to be for a 1998 or 99 SOHC. If you want one made I am going to need a manifold either from you or from a JY. You can either supply it or I can get one. And I'll give you a price the moment I start working on it.







The MAP sensor, PCV and Brake Vacuum lines can be put pretty much wherever you'd like me to put them and if you are looking for a manifold without the PCV like if you have a catch can or something I can also remove it completely. Just depends on what you are looking for.

 

That's straight. Did you feel a diff. in power? Well, I'm not thinking of a manifold anymore. I still have products to get before I even need to get a manifold.

 

There is generally a loss in low end but it's not too much. I can make them for any size TB as well.

What exactelly are you doing to the intakes? just smoothin out the inside?

 

No. If you look at the IM the runners are about 5" long and I've added a 3" "log" onto the end of them. Then I turned to 90* to a 45* angle bored it out to 60mm.

On the intake runners themselves I do remove the injector humps.
