Default sunroof problems

I need help. I just got my 98 dodge neon sport yesterday and it doesn't have an owner's manual and I'm not sure if the sunroof is automatic or self-opening, but I don't see any buttons in the car to open it, and when i pushed up on it nothing happended so i'm not sure how to open it. Can someone PLEASE help me? I'd really apperciate it.

if it is a power sunroof the nthe switches would be on the headliner in front of the rear view mirror....
if its manual, then there should be a piece on the rear of the glass that has 2 buttons....1 on each side...hold in the 2 buttons and push up...

Well I know for sure it's not a self-opening one now because i can tell where it opens automatically. I see a tan lil thing in front of my rear view mirror on the roof but i don't feel any buttons or anything. So I'm still confused on where else there would be buttons at.

Could you get a couple pics of the roof and the headliner to help us to see what you have there.

I know it's an manual one now, i pulled off the tanish piece, but there is no buttons there. Everything, like wires and stuff but no switches. Do you know about how much that would cost to get put back in there? Do i need the whole tan piece, b/c it looks like whoever had the car before me tried to get the sun roof to work without buying switches and it looks like they sprayed something in there.
