I went to the Western Nation Rock Crawl last week end and while a buddy of mine and I were standing at the back of my truck, this old guys walks over, bends down so his old eyes could focus, and hollars back to his 3 sons I guess, "Nope, it's got the woosie engine..." I almost fell over, I was thinking to my self "these Ferd and Chevy guys are getting down right stupid now...but then I got thinking, he may have had the 6.7 Cummins"...either way, not a smart thing to do when you dont know exactly what the other guys got. What ever it was they didnt think it was all that big and bad when I asked if they wanted to go play...oh well, it takes all kinds.
Just had to vent...the guy made sure I heard him...if your gonna talk the talk I feel he could have walked the walk.

 

Probably one of those guys with the "it's only a 6 cylinder" mentality. I've bumped heads with a few of those recently.

 

That would have gotten nothing more that a slightly twisted laugh from me in response, followed by a, "Uh yeah, OKAY......here's my business card.........Call me when you need me to tow you, your truck, your trailer, and your family up the next hill to the dealership to get yours fixed."

hehehe I never thought about that Drew, maybe I should have kept quiet, Ive heard about those Hemi's you cant touch them!...unless of course you drive a Nissan. Did I just say that...oops

 

aparently the new toyotas can haul 10K and the new fords can pull what, 11 to 13K. . .they much have a big powerfull motor to do that.

 

Hehehe...your forgetting...Ferd used professional drivers to achieve that.

 

Yea the big powerful motor with ahlf the power of the cummins and it's only gettin a quarter of the mpg that the cummins does.

 

I got into an ugly look match with a hemi owner last week,,,, apparently they believe that the V8 gasser is waaayyy more powerful than the CTD,,, guess he thinks hes superman. LOL,, I've got his freakin cryptonite.
