Does it come through the hood or something?

 

they are exhaust stacks. probably from some sort of industrial equipment or a ship.

I think it would lokk sweet coming out of your hood! you could even get the exhaust covers. but instead of making a tink tink noise they would sound like a car crash or something.

 

LOL .... I think I'd rather turn them sunny side up and use them as a urinal inside of the truck for those LOOOONG trips !!
