RE: DEALERS COST
Try going to edmonds.com or kellybluebook.com
I beleive that there are price guide lines on either site to help you find your answers.
If you have some time to wait, Dodge may again offer the " employees price " later this summer. That's when I pulled the trigger on purchasing mine last year.
Good luck and stay with Dodge. I had driven GM trucks for the last 25 years and I can say that my Dodge is by far the best truck I've owned.

RE: DEALERS COST
Go to several dealers and Tell them what you need to buy it for,(Insert Number here), Start at about 10k off sticker and go from there. You can see from mine and other deals that is what you should pay. About 7-10k off the sticker.
Don't let them tell you what you are gonna pay, you tell them.
Of course if you have a trade you are upside down on or a trade at all be carefull. You could get burned on that side of it as well. In that case I would first sell your trade yourself for top dollar than deal on the new one.
Above all go on the net, Edmunds etc and find out what the dealer is paying for what you want then go from there.
You should be able to get it for below dealer cost right now. They have there dealer incentives from the factory that make that possible.
Also do not fall into the monthly payment trap. Usually the first they willl ask you is," How much you wanna spend a month"?
You want the bottom number of the vehicle. forget about monthly payments till you have that.

RE: DEALERS COST
My sticker was $42,600 or so. I wrote a check for $30,500 but when I figured the retail value of my trade-in the true price I paid was $33,500 which I thought was pretty good because I bought it last November when all the really smoking deals were on the leftover '06s. I think if you can get 10K off you are doing really well on these trucks.
