Oregon is the same way, they have the "Attendent pumps the fuel" SCAM going there to. That's why I LOVE my 65 gallon AX tank. With 100 gallons of diesel on board, I can go for 1,500 miles before I have to fill up, so when I am on the road, I can avoid fueling in states that have high prices, "Terminal Stupidity" etc..

RE: "Black Clouds of Death"
Keep in mind, the environmental fanatics are out there. If we blow enough Black Clouds, we may get some retro leglisation to clean up the old trucks, at a high cost, to force them off of the road. So pick your black cloud moments carefully, lets not shoot ourselves in the foot, or is that diesel stack.
