I was told alot of guys have them put in post turbo in case the probe melts/breaks offit dont ruin the turbo. Has any one else heard this. I would think the probes are pretty high quality materials and wouldnt melt or break unless really hot.

By the time that probe broke of or melted, your exhaust valves and turbo fins would have long since dissintegrated.
