I am going to make the ford to dodge switch tomorrow. no more power that my ford desiel has you should pull him with ease

Screw that, you need something way heavier than that, you will probably end up ripping his truck in half!!!

Very good advise. You can tie strap some 5-10 pound weights in various places of the strap. I would avoid using chain. a good 30,000or above strap would be best imo.
Do Not Tie wieghts to the strap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the strap breakes on his side of the weights the strap will sling shot them like cannon ***** at you.
Use blankets a tarps (not the plastic ones)
It is not wieght that slows a broken strap down but wind resistance of the blankets and tarps.

Hopefully it broke at the diff and before he could shut her down, tore up the undercarraige.

there used to be a bar on the noth end of Atlanta where pull off's were done nightly in the parking lot. . .worse part about it they tied axel to axel
