RE: Most important gauges
For MY truck, apparently a fuel pressure gauge is a must. I don't know how important they are for your year, but it can't hurt.
Why don't you get the two for the pillar and the one that wraps around the steering wheel?
How about the 3 gauge pod that mounts above the mirror?

RE: Most important gauges
On a lightly mod'd truck.....
EGT and tranny slip. Not tranny temp, tranny slip. My tranny temps, even here in the hot azz south, don't go much over 180 - 185. Usually they are between 160 - 170.
Those are the two I watch the most. Actually the one I watch more than anything is the slip. That gives me a real quick indication to back out.
Plus, I can see exactly when the TC has locked, so if someone is pissing me off I'll get right to where the TC locks, the engine lugs a bit, then get on the throttle.............Black Clouds of Diesel Death ensue.

I would get trans temp, EGT, boost and fuelbut I likethe clean look you get with the single guage pillar mount and I definately want my grab handle to help get intomy rig!
I know Westach offers boost and EGT in a combo but I don't know if there are any other combo gauges.
I think there was a post here about the pyrometer probe. It goes in the manifold ahead of the turbo, right?
