My new dodge
I will be test driving both tomorrow, hopefully I like the manual better since it will save me some $$$ and I can mod it and not be so worried. My only reservation is backing in my trailer for work sometimes 3-4 times a day. It is onlya 5x10 cargo trailer but its still backing a trailer sometimes in veyr tight spots.
5.9l, horsepower is the same I believe (according to dodge's website). I am getting out of an 06 4x2 for an 07 4x4 and am trying to keep costs down as much as possible without having to do without a lot nice accessories.
The website says several different things but ifyou can find the specs the 6.7 has 350hp and 610lb where the 5.9 has 325hp and 610 lb. But if I could have found the 5.9 that is what I would have bought.
Oh hell yea, they still have them here in new orleans. My 2 reasons for not wanting an 07 was the emissions crap and the ugly *** taillights. I can fix taillights. Welll, if I can get an 07 quad cab, 4x4 at around 34k (auto) then I will be driving a new one home tomorrow.
That's what I paid for an 07 with the 5.9. Fairley loaded also, Has the Uconnect mirror,(So cool) and the Thunder Road package.
5.9's are getting scarce around here also.
They don't have the emmssions stuff the 6.7's have.
