Let me make sure I have this right... Are you saying that the Horn beeps only when in Reverse AND while a door is open?

Or does the horn beep in reverse whether a door is open or not?

 

Have the Prodigy braking system. Bought the harness for Dodge from them. Hooked up - No problemo.

Back up with door open /closed = No horn.

i was told it is required by dodge to have it .. the dealer wouldnt disable mine... it should only blow when in reverse with the door open.. i connect the seat belt when backing up to the trailer with the door open for better view and it doesnt blow now.. give it a try
