Am trying to choose between the Bully Dog 5 or 6 inch for my 2002 cummins or the 4 inch magnaflow with a 5 inch tip. Any comments on what one performs better or what one sounds better?

go with the 4 inch exhaust. . .you wont loose as much bottom end

 

I went with the Magnaflow 5" DP into dual 4" after the muffler (all stainless) and it was on par or lower than the BD 5" and 6" sets, pricewise. Unless you're over 500hp, 4" is plenty and the Magnaflow sounds great personally.

 

I believe that i am going with the magnaflow 4 inch to a 6 inch tip...i like the big tips :-)

 

I love my 5" Bullydog.... sound is great!! Far preffer it to the straight 4" on the 01'. Have not heard many other brandsto compare though.

 

are you run the turbo back5 inch with a 6 inch tip???

 

also would love to see a pic of the 06 you got.man that sounds like a gell of a truck!

 

They send you a 4-5" coupler for the odwnpipe, then it is 5" all the way back with a 5" stainless tip.. Looks great, just taook a bit to get all the logistics figured out... and a pain in the butt being up so high!! Still working on getting the pics up, having issues with my avitar loading. Soon though. I think there is one loaded on my profile..
