Your welcome! Now if I could just decide between the 4040 or the 4040XL lol I would be all set. I just sent a email to Aero asking them about the power diff between the two mufflers and also asked if they supply the needed pipe to go with it. I will post the answer when they reply.

I say their answer is no.

between the two mufflers the power difference wont be noticable to you. maybe not even on a dyno.

but the sound will be different. If I did it over again I'd go for straight pipe and the XL

Thx God Ram It, I am leaning towards the XL. Don't want to make the wife to mad lol[8D]About what size pipe should I be looking to get? I guess I will need an extra clamp as well.

Oh my bad, I am staying with the 4" what i should have said is what "Length" pipe should I get along with the aero. I guess I could just get the aero then measure but would rather get them at the same time.

Yes, I hate paying Midas 200 dollars for a crap welding job. I need to get myself a new welder I guess, have not had 1 for a few years now.

you dont have to weld it. you can band clamp it. thats what I did

That is what I am going to do, I do like the idea of being able to take it out without cutting if I ever want to change anything.
