Aero is gonna sell me a good long section of stainless for real cheap that they have layin around in their shop. I am lucky in the fact that I live about an hour away from the Aero corp headquarters

Which one did you get--4040 or the XL? Just would like you ropinion after you are done. Would like one for my 06. It is way to quiet in the cab. But I have to be careful--my wife REALLY likes the "quiet". Did they give a hp figure for the XL also?

The HP is the same for both the 4040 and the 4040XL. I am going with the XL, he said it sounds great but does not have the in cab noise like the regular 4040 does.
