Well ive got it done. What do you guys think? Thanks for the help drew,jr,and jimmy if im forgetting someone sorry. Oh and the goo gone worked great.

Looks nice man! I thought about taking my badge off and leaving the big "C", but I didn't know if the painted would be faded yet?

Anyhow the reflection of you taking the pic, in the side of the truck, is funny .

What kinda bumper guard you got?.... I have been looking for a good black one.

K how do you debadge a truck and make it look nice .I'm going to re paint mine. I will probably move the cummins logo. And leave off the 3500 I don't really like it on the 3rd gen.

Im not really sure what type of brush guard is on there. It was on the truck when I bought it. I use this cleaner wax called S2000 and it works great as you can see from the pics. Just takes forever to do. I think it took five hours to wash and wax it today.

I personally like the look of the badges, still thats a sharp looking truck.

Depending on the color of your truck, it should not be too faded. Mine is a 2001, I took mine off last week and you can't even tell. But it is white. Now red on the otherhand may show since it fades the fastest.
Since mine is a 2nd Gen I left the Cummins and 2500 logos on. Because of the shape it would kind of look funny removing one and not the other.

I do like the look of your with just the big C.
