RE: horn honking while in reverse
I believe the horn only honks if your seatbelt is not on and the door is open. I just clicked my seatbelt behind the seat and it does not honk any more. My 07 does not honk with the truck in reverse the door open and the seatbelt buckled. I have seen others buy a seatbelt end from junkyards. Hope this helps someone

07 ram trx, i see by your post you never pull a trailer! of course you somtimes need to open your door to back-up. that is unless you back up untill you hear it it something! there are numerous times you need to open your door especialy if you in a tight area it's always better to be sure than hit ****! i've been a proud teamster for 23 yrs. an you see semi-drivers do it all the time also!so you just keep your doors shut an back up an ram **** all the time dude. by the way my ram 2500 did come with trailer mirrors so i don't have to invest in **** just keep the damn horn from honking was all i wanted to know thank you very much lovethatcummins thanks again man works perfect

Hey Cap, I'm not into reading electronic patterns, so can you explain what I'd have to do to exercise that damned demon out of my truck. The SOB scares the crap out of me at the worst possible moment, though it does provide a giggle for my wife watching me go nuts !
