well, the wifey was always jealous of my truck. She didn't like not having another truck to tow mine from the track when it peters out so... we got to looking around.

I posted a truck we were working on getting her in another thread. It was an SLT though and she didn't like the fact it didn't have leather seats, power seats and a power rear window. You know... the most important things

So I did some hard digging and found a new 5.9L Laramie Quad cab. Ironically, it was at the same dealer I bought mine from ( after looking everywhere else for hours ). Damn Laramies are few and far between!. We'll be picking it up tomorrow and the first thing " I've been made to do " is lift it and put some wheels and tires on it. It's going to get a Kore Race series suspension, and I spent 2hrs looking through wheels late last night and have yet to find one she likes [:@]

so let the countdown begin on when that engine will have a hole punched through the piston

Her truck will maybe only see a smarty. It's going to stay stock except for a few essentials.

If I were you, I'd also look at those flares like Steve has on his. I think they look great !!

Why no love for the dually, especially if it'll be used to tow your truck around?

 

Yep, she got the exact same truck as I have except it's a quad cab and it's white. I was hoping someone had some pics of the same truck with the lift, wheels and tires. I know what I want it to look like but, the wife is overwelmed by the amount of wheels avaliable on the market. I figured some pics would help.

 

Steves is the only white one that I can think of off of the top of my head.

You did mention dually. Don't like them myself. They ride ruff and are too wide in the rear. Don't get me wrong.... they look bada$$ I just don't care to own one. My neighbor across the street has a mega dually I can look at any time :-)

Speaking of dually... If I'm not mistaken, Alcoa's are only for dually. I wanted to put them on my van but, couldn't do it.
