I now understand what you feel like on those Hot summer days.

Im here in Raleigh/Durham area for work and when I left the office it was 108 degrees outside..[sm=yikesomg.gif].. Just damn freekin' hot

I have to say though, the AC really worked well in the truck.

 

It was 107 here today. Mayfair, save your trip for September the 8th. Come down to Commerce GA and meet up with me, Drew, Triton, Watermelon, and anyone else I can round up at the DHRA event. It should be an easy 10 - 12 hour trip for you. BTW, if you do come don't go I-95, take I-81 to I-77 to I-85.

 

summer is no where near over... still have 6 or 7 weeks to go.

 

NC summers go by alot slower then Maines..went to maine..stayed for 4 weeks...drove back..stayed here for a week....then drove back to maine for another 3 weeks...and here I am about to head back to school the 16th....

 

summer whent way tooo fast for a high school kid like me . i was just settling in.

 

It was around 97 yesterday with a heat index of around 110. Its terribly hot and humid here in the summer. I love winter, summer sucks.

 

ready to go snow skiing screw hot weather. we finally hit 100 thursday first time this year. I dont care if it snows tomorrow i would be happy.

 

I know what you mean speakle, all these arizona guys don't know what it is like.... It was 101-103 all this past week, but the humidity was like between 60%-70% so it was unbelievably miserable, some days it is so humid it just takes your breath away. When it rains it just sprinkles, not enough to cool everything down, but just enough to make everything that much more humid. The freakin water hits the streets and boils off into steam, rediculous!!

Oh yeah, summer did go fast, it seems to go faster every year. It is ok though, cause I would take Fall over the other seasons anytime .

Dude mayfair- Indiana is only 8 hrs for you?? It would be cheaper to meet half way with the wheels/tires then it would to pay shipping, now that is f-ed up! I could be in ohio in less than 8 hrs. There is still no way I would drive that far though, haha.

 

I was going to go to Fairmount IN. Mapquest says it's about 8 hours. Aren't you in Indianna? Have you ever been to Deans house?

 

Na man, I'm in Illinois, right close to St.Louis Missouri. but I can still cross illinois and indiana in about 8 hrs. Who is dean??
