Does anyone else feel like this summer went way faaaassst
ya its gone by fast. in the first 2 weeks of the break i went to cali for my cousins grad and while i was there i went to a dodgers game...the week before i went i started taking a summer class which just ended last week (decided to get gov out of the way) which my teacher sucked and i worked 45 avg hours per week. besides work and my gov class (each week we did 2 chapters. 1 chapter consisted of 2 three-five page essays, a quiz, and a test...so multiply that by 2 for each week) i was stacked...not to mention the class was online so it didnt interfere with my job...and than hangin out with the gf....thats all i did pretty much....didnt do anything exciting....summer sucked this year
Yea, I have no idea where the summer went. I got commissioned May 30th and had 60 days of leave. I got some work done on my truck and a couple days of fishing and now I'm rocking the desk job for a year until I finally get to do what I signed up for. I think I'm going to try to get deployed for a couple months, I don't want to be scheduling and snacko.

I know what you mean speakle, all these arizona guys don't know what it is like.... It was 101-103 all this past week, but the humidity was like between 60%-70% so it was unbelievably miserable, some days it is so humid it just takes your breath away. When it rains it just sprinkles, not enough to cool everything down, but just enough to make everything that much more humid. The freakin water hits the streets and boils off into steam, rediculous!!

guess we could fight all day bout heat and humidity. monsoons have been here now for a couple weeks. 115 yesterday, late afternoon huge thunder heads came rollin over and raised the humidity right up!
rain fell last night about 10ish. the temps dropped anough to allow clouds over the valley...chimney effect..too much heat, storms roll around us [:@]
yea, summer feels like its gone. schooll just started yesterday for 99% of the Phoenix area. technically summers not over til 23 Sep...itll stay in the 90's and 100's here well into Oct Im afraid! if we are lucky, it may cool off enough by Halloween to need a light sweat jacket, or so we think
