We went up to our lake house and enjoyed the beautiful weather. I am a pretty sun burnt, but it was definatly worth it.

I ripped my tie-rods off the truck..and found out my starter could be goin bad

 

Sucks to be you, lol. Jk, man. How did you rip the tie-rods off?

 

I trimmed hedges at church this morning, starting at 6:30. My brother drove our Gator while I stood in the back and ran the trimmer, then we traded out. I sure got tired using our Deere gas trimmer. When I got home, I took a 3 hour nap. I practiced playing with my band this evening.

 

I slept, mowed the lawn, slept, rode some, then slept. I think Ill go sleep.

 

me I got pulled over for the first time since i got my license. speeding, just wasn't payin attention. think i'm gonna fight it. It was pitch black outside no streetlights and the cop got me using Vascar (glorified stopwatch) he says I was doing 42 in a 25 yet both me and my firned saw my speedo when we drove by. 35 at max. I know I was speeding but I know I wasn't that far over it. plus as dark as it was and I don't think there were any markings on the street so i'm wondering how he did the timing. plus I looked up a lot online of how simple errors due to human reaction time can cause huge mph errors. so mebbe i fight it mebbe not. it's only 110 bux.

 

Took my oldest son to Hollister Hills and watched him grab some air on the ATV track.

drove 30 minutes to a friends and worked on his 72 aircooled vw beetle! changed the brake cyl's, new shoes, bled the systen, and installed a new "e" brake cable ("e" = emergency, or parking brake as we know it). thats after we drove 45 min back into town to pick up parts .....

 

Hauled 1.7 million gallons of ethanol toward Texas. Damn gassers anyhow.

 

Fixed an annoying oil seepage problem from my transfer case and my truck no longer marks it's spot.
