Glen the answer to your question is, Yes. It asks you if your tires height has been changed from the factory tire size then lets you adjust to them.

The confusion is the on Hypertecs website, they have a matrix of what features are supported by make/model/engine type/year and for the 98.5 - 02 CTD it indicates that feature is N/A.

Well if you are looking at the Hypertech Power Programmer III it has the option to change tire height,I know this for a factbecause that is the programmer I have and my truck is an 01 which uses the same programmer as the 00.
