Default Cool dry lake bed pics

I went to visit my causin this weekend who now lives in Washington County just north of P.C. He lives in this huge sundivision called Sunny Hills that was developed back in the mid 80's but never was finished, or filled up with houses. He said the place is like 100K acres and theres only about 300 homes in there. But theres 13 lakes within the property of this neighborhood, and many of them are completly dried up .Im talkin huge lakes too. So since I got the new 4x4, we drove down in there and did some off-roading. This place wa a blast. Its nothing but sand and hills, and its got to be a few hunded acres big per lake. It would be a blast with 4-wheelers, dirtbikes, or even a dune buggy. Theres 2 different big lakes we drove in and I took some pics of the action.

First driving out into the lake bed.

I know that just looking at these pics is probably boring, but being out there yall would see just how cool this place is. First, its just amazing driving all around in a lake bed, and second, its a great place to do some 4x4 action, or dirtbike riding, or some quadracin. I swear it makes me wanna buy a new big cube quad and go out there on the weekends and ride.

Reminds me of an old trucker's joke, would you rather have your sister working in a ***** house or a brother working for the DOT, LOL.

Florida dried up this year for sure.

Lucky you didn't find any new sink holes. I thought we were getting dry up here in SC, I think you guys got it worse down there. The big lake around here ( lake Hartwell) is down about 8 - 10 feet. The lawn is toast, cause I refuse to water it.

Someone please tell me how to post multiple pics of that size. Every time I try I run into the limits for file size after one pic. A PM is fine if you don't want to tie up this thread. Sorry for jacking this BTW.

Where at Hartwell were you NC? We were at Coneross campground.
