Default my audio system

so i know iv promised to put up some pics so here ya go. i hope this gives out some ideas as to how one might want to build a system. the port(opening) of the box is designed to hit against the passenger side rear door to reflect more bass. each speaker can withstand 300watts rms (digital design 8s) being pushed by an arc audio chip foose desingned amp(1100watts rms). so hope u like.

here u can see the 4inch adapters that where used to lift the seats to allow room for the box.

in this pic u can see the 0 guage wire used to ground and power the amp.

this shows that the seats fold without any problems.

Do the seats go down with no problem and the speakers not hit?

Everything looked really good. I only recommend that you run your ground wire all the way to the battery. I have personally had interference problems grounding to the cab/chassis. Just my $.02

yeah..thats wat i thought so too... my cousin had that problem(like a whistel) in his toyota t100. but it ended up being that the wires would alow a frequency to break through the wire coating and make that noise. once he changed out the wires (av cables) to more higher quility it stoped. my wireing kit cost me $135. u get wat u pay for.

When the seats are down, how is head room affected? Can 6 foot guy still sit there ok? Did you build the box or buy it ready to roll? Nice looking install.

thanks on the compliments. iv spent alot of money to make it look almost stock! u look inside the cab and u would see or guess there was even a box in there.

my sis boy friend is like 6'3 and he is pretty close. i had the box built custom. took about 1week. u cant finda pre built box like that with this quality at a cheap price.
