Can someone tell me what these codes mean or where to go to find out?

P 0234

We have a 2003 Diesel Quad cab...it does have a chip in it.

Unless I misread the codes, 0573 is cruise control/brake switchA circuit malfunction.
0234-Engine Overboost condition.

Oh no, it runs great....we just bought it but didn't know you could check codes until after the fact. We've been looking for months and I bet we looked at100's of dually's and this one had everything! But then we were told to do this and a couple of codes came up we were curious to what they were. They don't seem to be anything to worry too much about, thank goodness.
