AF NCO says, " Go to supply, sir. "
Provided they haven't run out of money cuz it's the end of fiscal year [:@].

I second the Converse boots, if you can find some that are approved for your uniform, get 'em. Had a pair for my deserts, oh so comfortable.

These are the Converse listed in one of the earlier posts. Im in the AF wear these all the time(black though). SUPER comfy..I could run 3 miles in these with no problems. I dont normally have to wear Safetey toe boots but my brother is a Truck Driver and in the AF reserves and he wears these ever day in civilan and when he is doing his Weekend deals.
LApolicegear is a good site...free shipping and for $86. you really cant go wrong for a saftey toe boot.

Good luck...keep us posted.

Stupid websense, I tried to post yesterday but couldn't. I guess that's part of being in a combat zone[:@]
I wear the tan Bellville 300 ST. Should be available at MCS. Tough, durable and comfortable. I got them issued and that's right in my price range

I don't think the Army likes Converse boots right now, at least the style that Safety toes are offered in...which sucks, cause they look like comfy boots...

Not sure about your situation, but I have always worn safety boots around airplanes. Spend the money and go with redwings. They last as long as 3 or 4 pairs of wallyworld boots. They make an insert that is formed to your foot. They are super comfy, I have a pair that I had re-soled 2 times. They are around 6 years old. Just my oppinion. Good luck.
