yeah but the snap on scanners cost a bunch...
You can usually find a Snap On MT2500 with keys and cartridges on ebay for $500-$600.

The Snap On scanner gets consistently good reviews from Dodge gasoline engine users, and seems to be able to do more tests similar to what the dealership equipment does.

yes, the higher the level of power, the higher the percentage torque management is cut back.
