Default Which Exhaust?

Hey Guys, Im new to Diesels and want to get an exhaust. What do you recomend? I have always heard Banks is kick A**. Is that True?

My Truck:
2005 Ram 2500 4X4 5.9 Cummins 600 with a airaid cold air intake.

the muffler yes.. the cat... thats up to you... us guys in jersey have to have cats on.. but we just gut the insides so we can say look it got a cat... but its up to you.. striaght pipe in my opioion does more then an exhaust system... because u have nothing holding the power back.. banks is a good exhuast.. but the best thing for your truck.. depending on were u live.. is stright piping the whole thing.. take off the cat and muffler

I'd stay away from Banks. They are way overrated and overpriced. I love my Silverline. It's deep and not as raspy. I had mine straight piped for a while. I liked it at first but I hated the raspyness.

sliverline is also pretty good... but still.. i would striaght pipe it

So if i straight pipe itdo i get all new pipe or just get a filler piece to take the muffler space.

Straight pipe, check around. When I did mine I called the truck stop up the street and they sold me a drop of flex pipe, got 4 feet for 12 bux.
