Question for you, why can't I get my pictures back out of photo gallery, I went to link and couldn't do it, so I tried to save it to my computer so I could upload to another web and it said it was locked and I can't retrieve my own pictures or even post them on our forum

 

are you trying to link to them like this???




you need to click on the thumbnail pic, then click on the picture that comes up after that to get the full view on the window by itself. when you link to the pictures you need to make sure the last three charachters end in 'jpg'

I try that I get empty brackets, maybe something with vista, it's making me sign on here every time and some times just forget who I am on the others.

Maybe you just can't take it to another site , Ok if you can see my dog it worked

if you are attempting to link to the pic here you need to use the last button right above the text box that is yellow with what looks like a mountian in it. . .I am unsure of how other sites work if they useUBB codeing or HTML. UBB codeing here looks like this {img}{/img} (replace the {} with []) HTML will look like this {img src=http://whateveryourimageaddressis.jpg}(replace the {} with <&gt


I have not had an issue hot linking to other sites from here.

you may also need to make sure in the internet options under the tools tab you have your cookies enabled(you should since it is the default setting)

 

I did it that way now I going to try it the other way and yes I got cookies checked, I think vista is just screwing with me
