that should be the weight on the truck full of fuel and passengers. my 06 3500DRW weighs almost exactly 8800 lbs on a scale. we were checking
the pin weight on my fifth wheel and started with just the truck. it was 8771 with about 1/2 tank of fuel and noone in it. i was outside reading the scale. gvw on most 2500'sis around 12,000 and most 3500's around 16,000lbs.
