Default Baffle Removel

I cut out my baffles in my intake tube. In the lower elbow of the intake tube there is a white plastic thing , should I leave that in or take it out. Whats everyone else done with it?

I yanked mine out. . .but you dont have to. all it does is help direct the air into the turbo.

BTW, it was a bit hard to get that thing out

Drew Im kinda thinking it could get sucked into the turbo. Not much holds it in, just some rubber lips in the tube.

it wont get sucked in. . .if anything the pressure differential that is pushing from the outside of the tube helps hold it in. . .even if it is only 10inH2O

When I took mine out I had to soap the tube and it still was a bear to get out.
I also cut out the black insert in the hard plastic section. Man that made the turbo sing!

It makes a whirling sound, not quite what I expected, but it works
