if your turbo has a rubber boost line going to the waste gate then it will work, but if you have a metal line then you cannot use it.
are they junk. . .nope, you can increase the boost levels of your turbo with the use of an allen key. the extra boost can help keep things cooler, to a point.
you could always cut a section of the metal tube and attach a rubber tube to that, then to the nipple of the boost elbow. . .but it is just the way it is made that makes it a little harder to get it to work right.
i was thinking about getting one of those for my truck because they run pretty cheap, anyone know how much boost that adds and if its safe on a stock truck???
I'm curious about that too. My truck seems like it could benefit from some added boost. It seems sluggish at part throttle. It doesn't have as much power as my old 2001 CTD.
