I have my truck at the dealership since Monday and they stii havent a clue to why mine has the hard start. This is the second time I have brought the truck in for this. It finnaly died out on me last Sat and had to have it towed. She would just crank till the battery died. No codes either.

it wouldnt crack..the bats are not dead...it just wasnt getting enough fuel to the VP44 and th FASS is for sure getting e nough fuel because on ym Attitude it was reading 12 or 11 for a second. After I tried to crank it once, the second time it fired right up! anything i should worry about or just not think asbou it...it did it again this morning..

I'm wondering if you have a pinhole air leak somewhere that is allowing the system to bleed down.

it would have to be the supply line from the FASS to the VP44. . .the return should have a one way check valve very close to the pump/injector pump to keep just this from happening.

hat could b very possible...that hose clamps FASS sent me didnt fit very good..left it kind of loose! I need to get new clamps that are smaller and clamp them down good..i still have a minor fuel leak in the return line that i tapped into the filter net when instlaling the fass..it only leaks a little bit not hardly enough to tell..
